TACTICAL MATCH TEAM

Tactical Match Team, or TMT as it's more commonly known, is BSB's competitive gaming team. TMT is the 'serious' side of BSB and it's purpose is to compete against other clans and to try to be the best. To ensure our TMT team performs to the very highest standard we have extra rules and criteria required of members wishing to be a part of the team. We currently only have a TMT team on our primary game campaign of Combat Arms but we are always looking to expand our TMT into other campaigns.

Rules of TMT

1. The TMT is restricted to 10 slots (+ the 2 staff members).
2. Only the TMT team may participate in official clan matches.
3. Only The TMT Leader (or Appointed Deputy(ies) ) can decide when a Clan War match can be played.
4. Only members of the TMT will take part in clan matches. Under no circumstances will non-TMT members be called up to take part in a match. If numbers aren’t sufficient games will not be played.
5. The TMT leader (and his deputy(ies)) make selections for the TMT team. These selections will normally be made and announced at beginning of each Calendar month and will be based on set Criteria.
6. Criteria
  • BSB Rank
This is NOT game rank, game rank is irreleant to the TMT selection. You must be a FULL member of BSB (Ranked E2 or above). No Probation (E3) members will be selected until they have completed their probation.

  • Activity
You must be a high activity user. Your attendances for things such as weekly games and general online activity must be good as there is no point selecting a player who is never online!.

    Reliable

You must be are reliable and turn up as and when needed. If you frequently fail to turn up you will lose your squad position.

  • Teamwork
No lone-guns or solo players will be selected. This is a TEAM and team players are required. Anyone who doesn’t work well in a team or fails to play for the good of the team will not be selected.

  • Attitude
All members of TMT must have a respectful and mature attitude. Anyone demonstrating anything less than respectful attitudes will not be selected. Our clan MUST have an impeccable reputation, our TMT will NEVER demonstrate any abusive behaviour, even when rivals demonstrate poor attitudes.

  • Patience
Place are limited within the TMT (10 spaces) and there is naturally going to be competition for places. Not everyone who wants to take part in the team will be selected straight away so it is essential that members show patience and dedication while awaiting their selection. Any member who has shown a patient and dedicated attitude will eventually be selected (and will probably go on to be an established member) for the TMT.

  • Game Skill
While this is the least important characteristic of TMT members, a degree of in game skill or capabilities are required.

7. TMT members must turn up for practices (which will be held once a week). Non-TMT members may be required or able to participate in certain TMT practices with the TMT leaders’ approval. All members of TMT are expected to turn up for these practice events.
8. Each month's TMT selections can be viewed on the Information & Reference board on our forum.

TMT Staff

Each TMT requires a team leader and normally at least one deputy. These are known as the TMT Staff and are normally required to be at classed as "Staff" level members as a minimum requirement. Current TMT staff and vacancies are listed below;
